Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee an assigned portfolio of condominium properties.

- Coordinate day-to-day property management operations.

- Work closely with administrative, operations, and accounting support staff.

- Communicate effectively with condominium boards, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure properties are managed in accordance with applicable condominium legislation, regulations, and governing documents.

- Oversee maintenance, service providers, and property-related matters.

- Address resident and board inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Condominium Manager's License required.





- Minimum 3 years of direct condominium management experience required.

- Strong knowledge of condominium property management practices and applicable legislation.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.

- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
