Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and processing payments.
- Build solid client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Promote the salon’s services and retail offerings to maximize revenue opportunities.

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling with a valid cosmetology or barber license.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and maintenance tips.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining integrity.
- Effective retail sales skills coupled with front desk operation experience.
