As a key member of the Service team, the Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic plays a vital role in keeping our rental fleet and customer equipment operating safely, reliably, and effectively. Test repaired equipment to confirm proper performance and manufacturer specifications compliance. Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on construction equipment.

Mechanical Experience:
An experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic or a 3rd/4th year apprentice with strong diagnostic and failure analysis skills.
Aerial Equipment
Technicians (Experience with and Manufacturers Certificates Skyjack, JLG, Genie, MEC, GMG, CAT, 310S, 310T or 421A considered an asset) Customer Service Oriented: Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Cat systems (ET and SIS would be considered an asset) Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision. A strong commitment to safe work practices, environmental responsibility, and Battlefield’s health and safety policies. A technical understanding of CAT equipment would be considered an asset.
A Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Preferred) Ownership of personal tools required for the role. Apprentices are encouraged to apply.
