The successful candidate will ensure that every file moves efficiently while maximizing compensation outcomes for clients.This role is suited to an experienced advocate who thrives in the courtroom and at the mediation table, can simplify complex medical-legal issues, and builds strong evidence-based cases. and leadership support designed to minimize administrative burdens so you can focus on advocacy.What You’ll DoFirst MonthAudit assigned files to understand status, deadlines, and opportunities for advancement.Master the firm’s Case Management System (CMS) and litigation protocols.Align litigation strategy with team leadership.Build effective working relationships with support staff.First 90 DaysLead examinations for discovery, motions, and mediations.Conduct comprehensive case reviews and strategic planning.Advance files efficiently through procedural stages.Begin reporting on litigation metrics and outcomes.First 6–12 MonthsAchieve targeted settlement volumes and case values.Build relationships with medical and vocational experts.Prepare files for pre-trial and trial readiness.Contribute to litigation process improvements and standardized procedures.First Year and BeyondHandle complex and high-value catastrophic injury files.Mentor junior associates, clerks, and articling students.Deliver consistently high-performing litigation results.What Will Set You Up for SuccessSkillsAdvanced negotiation, discovery,
