Expected total compensation: $70,000–$90,000+, depending on performance and experience.Work LocationPrimarily on-site / hybrid, with regular campus presence required in Calgary.Job SummaryInnoTech College is hiring aSenior Admissions Advisorto help grow student enrolment for upcoming cohorts.This is ahands‑on sales and admissions role. The successful candidate will personally contact leads, book consultations, conduct admissions calls, follow up with prospective students, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments.This is not a people‑management role at this stage. We are looking for someone who wants to personally sell, advise, follow up, and help build student enrolment from the ground up.The ideal candidate has experience instudent recruitment, admissions advising, education sales, private career college admissions, inside sales, or consultative sales .Main Purpose of the RoleThe Senior Admissions Advisor is responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled students.You will manage the admissions pipeline, conduct student consultations, explain program value, follow up with leads, work with referral partners, maintain CRM records, and report weekly on admissions performance.The right candidate should be both sales‑driven and student‑focused. You should be able to create urgency and close students, but without using misleading or high‑pressure tactics.Lead Follow‑Up and Admissions SalesContact new leads quickly and professionally.Follow up with prospective students through phone, email, SMS, and approved communication channels.Book admissions consultations.Conduct discovery calls to understand each student’s goals, background, concerns, and motivation.Explain program details, schedule, tuition, application process, expectations, and next steps.Present the value of the program clearly and confidently.Handle objections related to tuition, timing, career change, schedule, confidence, family concerns, and uncertainty.Guide qualified students from inquiry to application to enrolment.Create urgency in a skilled and ethical way.Maintain consistent follow‑up until the student makes a clear decision.Application and Enrolment SupportHelp qualified students move through the application process.Explain required documents,



assessments, timelines, and next steps.Follow up with students who have incomplete applications.Coordinate with admin/support staff to ensure required applicant documents are collected.Ensure a clean handoff from admissions to student records/admin support.CRM and Pipeline ManagementManage the admissions pipeline in the CRM.Keep accurate notes for every lead and applicant.Track lead source, status, follow‑up date, student concerns, application stage, and next step.Ensure no serious lead is lost due to poor follow‑up.Prepare weekly admissions reports for ownership.Track key metrics including: new leads, contacted leads, calls made, consultations booked, applications started, qualified applicants, expected starts, lost leads, reasons for lost leads, conversion rate by lead source, weekly bottlenecks.Agent and Referral Partner LeadsWork with students referred by agents or referral partners.Conduct verification calls with agent‑referred students.Confirm that students understand program details, tuition, schedule, expectations, and next steps.Confirm that students were not promised guaranteed jobs, guaranteed funding, immigration outcomes, or unrealistic career outcomes.Document concerns from agent‑referred students and elevate red flags to ownership.Recruitment EventsSupport student information sessions, webinars, open houses, and recruitment events.Represent InnoTech College professionally at events.Help improve call scripts, FAQs, follow‑up templates, and student communication.Provide feedback to ownership and marketing partners on lead quality and common student objections.What This Role IsThis is a sales/admissions role.This is a hands‑on individual contributor role.This is a consultative closing role.This is a student recruitment role.This is a role for someone who wants to personally call, follow up, advise,



and close students.What This Role Is NotThis is not a people‑management role at this stage.This is not a compliance‑only role.This is not a marketing‑only role.This is not a commission‑only role.Required Qualifications2–5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: admissions advising, student recruitment, private career college admissions, student advising, lead conversion.Strong ability to close leads and move students to the next step.Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.Strong phone presence and communication skills.Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead tracking tools.Ability to manage many leads at different stages without losing details.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and report clearly to ownership.Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial company.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a private career college or vocational training environment.Experience in post‑secondary admissions or student recruitment.Experience working with education agents or referral partners.Experience with open houses, webinars, information sessions, or recruitment events.Experience selling education, training, coaching, or career‑development programs.Experience with CRM systems and admissions pipelines.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is confident, persistent, organized, and professional.You should enjoy speaking with prospective students and helping them make a decision.You should be comfortable asking for the next step, following up multiple times, and managing objections.You should also understand that education sales is different from selling a normal product; students need clear, accurate information before making a decision.We want someone who can sell strongly, but ethically.CompensationBase salary:$52,000–$60,000 per yearPerformance bonus:$15,000–$30,000Expected total compensation:$70,000–$90,000+Performance bonus may be based on: students who start class; clean handoff to admin/student records team; no valid misrepresentation complaints.ScheduleFull‑time, Monday to Friday.Some evenings or weekends may be required for student calls, webinars, open houses, or recruitment events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
