Drive impactful infrastructure projects as the Planning Manager at Aecon. This role requires expert skills in planning, scheduling, and collaboration across project teams, focusing on successful delivery.
As Planning Manager, you will report to the Senior Planning Manager and lead essential project planning and scheduling activities. You'll analyze project performance metrics, support project execution, and work closely with Project Managers and construction teams. This role emphasizes delivering on commitments while maintaining the highest safety standards and fostering a cooperative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and scheduling for multiple infrastructure projects • Collaborate with project teams to develop actionable schedules • Conduct critical path analyses to optimize project timelines • Maintain compliance with project performance standards • Provide variance narratives and recommend solutions for issues
Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related role • Post-secondary education in engineering or related fields preferred • Experience in EPC projects is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with effective multitasking abilities
