Location:CHANEL Flgaship Boutique (in Yorkville)Reports to:Operations ManagerContract : Permanent, Full-TimeYour role @ Chanel:As part of the Heart of House team, the Sales & Stock Support will support the Fashion Boutique team by supporting administrative and back of house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.What impact you can create at Chanel:Customer Service & AdministrativeEstablish and maintain solid client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriateProvide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office.Assisting on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, escorting clients to the door as appropriateCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required.Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as neededAccurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely mannerWork effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff roomEnsure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all timesBack-Of-HouseAssist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts consolidation,
