This role is hands-on, physical, and outdoors every day, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and professional conduct.What You’ll DoSafely complete tasks as assigned by the Arborist or Foreperson on siteLearn and perform Groundsperson duties, including:General site cleanup (raking, chipping, debris removal)Safely operating chippers and sawsMaintaining tools and equipment (sharpening, greasing, oiling)Learning emergency procedures and safety protocols, including boom operationParticipate in safety meetings and toolbox talksWear required personal protective equipment at all timesAct as aCompany Ambassadorwhen in uniform by:Maintaining a polite,
