We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Candidates should possess excellent cooking skills, experience in a restaurant or food service environment, and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times




- Support the overall operation of the kitchen during service hours

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and procedures
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices is advantageous
- Strong understanding of serving, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
