Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- Support the food service team by efficiently serving dishes during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to uphold health standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation, manage station cleanliness, and optimize workflow.




- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality control.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements and participate in kitchen clean-up routines at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

- Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of serving etiquette and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with various cooking equipment and techniques is a plus.
