Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support meal preparation during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold high standards of food quality

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth in the food industry
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations is a plus
