Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and setting up stations
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by maintaining cleanliness and organization




- Follow proper food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
