We are currently hiring for both a Line Cook and an Experienced Server.

Both positions require a minimum of 3–4 years of relevant restaurant experience. Experience working with Italian cuisine and in an Italian restaurant environment is required.

Availability: Thursday through Sunday evenings!

Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook with a strong background in Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen and can maintain quality and consistency during busy service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Prepare and organize your station before service
- Work efficiently during busy dinner service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of line cook experience required
- Previous experience with Italian cuisine is required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
- Available Thursday through Sunday

Server We are also looking for an experienced Server who is professional, personable,



and confident working in a busy restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will provide attentive service and help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Have strong knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations
- Provide guests with an excellent dining experience from start to finish
- Handle payments and POS transactions accurately - Toast POS experience is helpful
- Work efficiently during busy dinner service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
- Work closely with the rest of the team during service

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of serving experience required
- Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or with Italian cuisine is required
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
- Available Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends
