Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and handling protocols at all times
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safely

- Support the overall flow of the kitchen by restocking supplies and assisting with meal assembly as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines

- Prior experience with serving guests or customers is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
