Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure a safe, efficient kitchen environment
- Follow food handling and safety protocols diligently to uphold health regulations
- Assist in meal preparation for various service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Support the team by ensuring timely food service and smooth kitchen operations




- Properly store ingredients and leftovers to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food presentation and taste

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is manditory
- Familiarity with serving, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
- Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of meal preparation processes and food industry best practices
