Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their preferences and needs
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on different liquors, wines, beers, and accessories
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to store standards




- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during your shift

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible sales practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided
- Organizational skills to maintain clean, well-stocked displays and accurate records
