About the Role
Little Kickers York Region / Simcoe County is actively looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic organization. If you have a passion for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and providing top-notch customer service, we would love to hear from you.
This is a flexible role where the majority of tasks can be completed from home. Hours vary throughout the year (minimum of 20 hours per week), with increased hours during the spring and summer as our program grows substantially. (an opportunity to move to a full time salaried position)

Franchise Owner / Director of Operations
Location
Remote (York Region / Simcoe County, Ontario) with occasional in-person requirements as needed.
Job Purpose The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for Little Kickers York Region / Simcoe County. This position involves hands-on administrative work and requires strong communication and customer service skills to contribute to a positive, team-oriented team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Administration & Teamwork
- Work on both manual and computerized business systems to support daily operations.
- Answer and fulfill telephone and email inquiries from customers and staff in a timely, professional manner.
- Report issues and problems to the employer promptly, along with recommended solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and support for all employees.
- Champion a culture aligned with the Little Kickers values of fun, learning, and quality.
- Complete other general office administration duties as required,
including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for parent, customer, and staff inquiries.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports for the employer on key operational metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in an Office Administrative Assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Apps (including Google Meet).
Desirable
- Experience within a children's sports, education, or franchise environment.
- Familiarity with CRM/booking platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Background in customer service.
- Familiarity with AI and AI-specific tools

Pay: From $24.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3P 3B4
