Join EFFY Jewelry as a Port & Shopping Expert and live and work onboard some of the world’s most well-known cruise ships. This 6-month contract offers a unique opportunity to combine public speaking, storytelling, live events, and sales while representing EFFY Jewelry alongside internationally recognized retail partners.

PORT & SHOPPING EXPERT The Port & Shopping Expert is a highly visible, guest-facing role at the center of the onboard shopping program. You’ll use your ability to communicate, build trust, tell compelling stories, and connect with guests to inspire excitement around the shopping program and directly drive sales performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Host live shopping presentations in the ship’s main theatre
- Lead educational seminars, boutique events, and private guest consultations
- Introduce guests to onboard and in-port shopping opportunities




- Provide exceptional guest service while supporting boutique traffic and sales performance

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for confident, engaging communicators who are comfortable presenting, connecting with guests, and working in a highly visible, sales-driven setting. Previous cruise ship experience is not required.
