Description

- Execute loan and financial transaction operations, including funding, repayments, settlements, fees, payments, reconciliations, and portfolio administration.
- Investigate and resolve transaction and account issues; maintain accurate records and data integrity.
- Administer financial products and services, ensuring timely, accurate execution of operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, risk, and internal control requirements.
- Identify, escalate, and support resolution of operational risks, control deficiencies, and process issues.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, implementations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or a related workplace.
- Knowledge of financial products, payment processing, cash management, and operational controls.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Experience supporting process improvements, system enhancements, or testing activities is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
