We’re seeking a polished, experienced Bilingual Driver Trainer to deliver, assess, and coach driver training programs while supporting trainee development and performance.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and hands-on driver training using adult-learning techniques.
- Coach, assess, and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
- Conduct final evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate attendance, schedules, observations, and training records.
- Collaborate with driver trainers and field managers regarding trainee needs and operations.

Qualifications

- Associate Degree OR High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of work experience.
- 1+ year of trucking industry driving experience.




- Bilingual French & English – spoken and written.
- DZ/Class 3 or higher preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Waste/trucking industry experience and prior supervisory/training experience strongly preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Windows skills.

Preferred Skills

Key: During the first 6 months, frequent travel to the U.S. will be required, with trips of up to 2 weeks at a time. Relocation assistance may be available for an ideal candidate.
