Join CMHA Muskoka – Parry Sound as a Case Manager, supporting adults with developmental disabilities towards independence. This permanent role offers flexible schedule and a collaborative environment.
In this part-time position, you will work 14 hours weekly, primarily from the Parry Sound office. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive case management services to individuals in the community. A strong commitment to the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist adults with developmental disabilities • Provide case management support and services • Collaborate within a team and autonomously • Participate in community education activities • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements: • Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent • Experience with community case management • Knowledge of developmental disabilities • Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license • Willingness to work flexible shifts
