Drive impactful change as an Assistant Program Manager with Options Community Services, focusing on children and families in need. Collaborate to enhance program outcomes in Surrey and Langley.

This position entails assisting in the operational management of the Special Services to Children & Families team. You’ll be responsible for managing referrals, coordinating workloads, and connecting with clients and their families. Your role will extend to staff training, performance coaching, and administrative reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily operations of the children's program • Coordinate MCFD referrals and organize staff tasks • Lead client introductions and conduct case reviews • Assist in training current staff and volunteers • Liaise with funders and complete Service Level Reports

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field • Minimum one year of relevant experience with special needs children • Supervisory experience in non-profit settings preferred • Class 4 BC driver's license and reliable vehicle required • Current First Aid certification and suitable driver's abstract
