• Liaise with department leads for technology requirements • Provide extensive training for new and existing employees • Troubleshoot application issues promptly • Draft and maintain user guides for project tools • Analyze and provide insights on technology utilization

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • 8-10 years of relevant experience on major rail projects • Experience with Oracle Unifier and GIS tools • Strong knowledge of MS 365 and automation tools • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
