The ideal candidate is a proactive advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Files: Handle a wide array of commercial litigation matters from initial intake through to trial, mediation, or resolution.Advocacy: Represent clients before various levels of court and tribunals, including appearing for motions, discoveries, and trials.Drafting: Prepare high-quality legal documents, including pleadings and legal opinions.Client Advisory: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic legal advice that balances legal risk with commercial reality.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team of lawyers, law clerks,
