About the teamThe Global Business Selling & Stores team, part of eBay’s Global Markets organization, helps sellers start and grow their businesses on our platform and delivers a value proposition that attracts new sellers and retains them, from small entrepreneurs to global brands. We partner with teams across the enterprise to drive our strategic priorities forward, deliver on our promise, and give sellers confidence in being successful, profitable, and protected on our marketplace.About the roleWe are looking for a Manager, Global Business Seller Strategy for the Global Business Seller & Stores team. This role will report into the subscriptions strategy lead in the Global Business Seller Strategy team and will develop strategies for delivering a stronger value proposition to our business sellers through the eBay Store Subscriptions program.The Global Business Selling & Stores team is a team of strategic leaders that set direction for our business segment but also act as embedded operators, not afraid to roll up their sleeves to achieve our goals. We pride ourselves on being flexible to business priorities and relentlessly advocating for the sellers we serve.The role will touch multiple initiatives and evolve based on the needs of our sellers and the company’s priorities. You will partner with a broad set of cross‑functional domain partners and build functional, market and vertical expertise through deep collaboration with many teams, providing a “total business view” throughout your work.What you'll accomplishStrategy Definition: Develop strategies to address the prioritized needs of business sellers and deliver a stronger value proposition, particularly through the eBay Store Subscriptions Program.Program Management: Manage timelines for projects and programs,



including communications with key collaborators and partners.Influence Roadmap Delivery: Influence roadmap development and advocate for the successful delivery of outcomes across multiple teams and domains, including product, marketing, trust, regulatory and seller operations.Go to Market Strategy: Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop a go‑to‑market strategy supporting value proposition reinforcement, awareness and adoption—collaborating with product, product marketing, channels, ops and legal.Results and Accountability: Define and own reporting against key performance indicators for owned programs and initiatives.Who you areStrategic and an operator: Translate enterprise goals and seller needs into domain priorities and drive outcomes by influencing key partners across the organization.Data‑driven: Comfortable with analytical approaches (qualitative/quantitative) to derive actionable insights and able to distill what is important from what is merely interesting.A structured thinker: Break down ambiguous problems into tangible solutions and actionable plans.An exceptional communicator: Verbal and written; can modulate to different audiences and objectives.Autonomous driver of progress while keeping leadership and partners engaged and informed.What you will bringDemonstrated intellectual curiosity about e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and technology, with a natural instinct to help sellers and solve their problems.



Experience as a seller is a plus.Creative problem‑solving skills.Collaborative and candid; able to influencecross‑functional partners through domain expertise, quality work, and quality relationships.Contributions to the culture and cohesion of both your immediate and extended team.6+ years of related experience in strategy, business operations, product management, product operations, program management, consulting, preferably in e‑commerce or a related field.Prior experience in e‑commerce or marketplaces is a plus.BA/BS required.Preferred QualificationsMBA or similar advanced degree.A passion for selling on marketplace platforms.TravelAbility to travel occasionally to San Jose HQ and/or other global locations as needed.Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:C$102,800 - C$137,200Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other perks, including RRSP eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave.
