Shift Details:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMHourly Wage:$17.50 – $18.00 per hourLocation:Indigo – locations in EdmontonResponsibilitiesGreet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiriesSupport customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipmentParticipate in monitoring the vicinity by circulating regularly in company vehicleIdentify and issue violation tickets to vehicles that are, not limited to, illegally parked and violation of parking or traffic rules as prescribed by the airportSupport and communicate directly with the supervisor on all necessary tasksCommunicate and coordinate with various departments when required for customer assistance and/or parking facility maintenanceSupport customers in cases of technical machine errorsConduct space counts to coordinate the closing or opening of parking areasSet up and removal of all temporary signage in parking lotsComplete daily maintenance reports and plansKeep parking areas and sidewalks safe and free of hazards and debrisOther duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is requiredStrong communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedbackProven customer service-oriented attitudeExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environmentA strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervisionExceptional time management and organizational capabilitiesResults-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations#J-18808-Ljbffr
