Key PurposeThe Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability through effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources.Success CriteriaDelivery on contract promises, increased effectiveness and/or efficiency of delivered services through deployment of ISS standards and concepts leveraging innovation and best practice opportunitiesSuccessful delivery of prioritized projects and programsIn partnership with internal and external stakeholders, understand upcoming priorities and link project delivery to the needs of the businessDeployment of relevant projects following global/local standards while having complete ownership of project roll‑out and completionDevelop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self‑improvementParticipate and embrace development opportunitiesKey Areas of Collaboration and InfluenceCommunicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as requiredAccount OrganizationRisk Management and ComplianceCustomer OrganizationLocal Excellence FunctionsExternal Partners and SuppliersAccount dedicated People & Culture, HSE, and FinancePromote the IFS model within the ISS communityTransfer best practiceUse the account to promote and further develop ISSIdeal Candidate Experience5+ years of facilities management experience,



ideally in a supervisory roleBachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field preferredStrong supervisory background desirable but not required, along with good customer service experienceStrong computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)Excellent time‑management skills; able to organize and work independently; bilingual is a plusA valid driver’s license may be required for this role (depending on account)Key AccountabilitiesEnsure delivery on contract promisesIdentify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account using the global/local concept toolboxHold responsibility for innovation at account, including deploying own resources in relevant Corporate Garage activitiesPMO responsibility ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and quality of prioritized projects and programsCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll‑out project supportEngage in a wide network of Account Excellence Managers to ensure steady flow of best practice sharingConduct periodic internal reviews to ensure compliance procedures are followedIncrease customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellenceAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as neededPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentLong working hoursSitting at a computer for 50% of the timeWalking/Inspecting the site for 50% of the timeMust be able to lift a minimum of 10 poundsMust be able to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periodsHSEQ ComplianceAll employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Setting, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The annual salary range for this position is C$104 125 per year–C$127 875 per year.
