The position is focused on coaching excellence, supporting program design, and contributing to the overall success of our performance environment. This person thrives on the training floor—leading sessions with energy, clarity, and professionalism—while also taking ownership of key responsibilities behind the scenes. They should be committed to ongoing growth as a coach, eager to learn, and proactive in building strong relationships with clients and teammates. As an integral member of our coaching staff, they help ensure training standards are upheld, members feel supported, and the gym community continues to grow and thrive.This is a full‑time, salaried coaching position with opportunities to earn additional income through sales bonuses.
