We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and support marketing initiatives for the company’s recreational sports and arena products. This role involves engaging with customers, preparing quotes, managing vendor relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to strategic sales and marketing plans.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via phone, email, walk-ins, and site visitsPrepare quotes and follow up with potential customers regarding product opportunitiesIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsMaintain strong product knowledge, including new products, features, and industry trends within the recreational sports sectorCoordinate with vendors regarding sourcing, pricing, and procurementCollaborate closely with the General Manager to align sales and marketing initiatives with company objectives and strategic goalsMaintain existing marketing strategies while contributing to the development of recent initiativesExecute marketing activities including email campaigns, direct mail, social media content, and website content reviewsDevelop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to support company growth targetsAttend trade shows and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligenceWhat We’re Looking ForDemonstrated ambition, enthusiasm,
