Region of Peel’s Legislative Services-RPAM seeks a Senior Capital Acquisition Agent to lead real estate acquisitions for complex departmental program needs. You will manage property transactions and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while mentoring the team in legal, engineering, appraisal, leasing and negotiation processes. The role requires a university degree or college diploma in a related field, AACI designation, and at least eight years of municipal real estate experience.
