Job OverviewThe Warehouse Management System (WMS) Analyst is responsible for the optimization, configuration, implementation, support, and user training of warehouse management systems. This role involves identifying WMS solutions, conducting testing, and implementing recent system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the WMS Analyst will analyze and report the financial impact of continuous improvement initiatives.LocationBurlington, Ontario, Canada (4156 Mainway, Burlington, ON L7L 0A7, Canada)Employment DetailsJob Type: Full‑Time PermanentWorkdays: Monday through FridayWork Hours: 8–9 hours per day depending on business requirements, starting at 8:00 AMResponsibilitiesEnsure business operations align with UPS values of integrity, teamwork, quality, and innovation.Optimize WMS configurations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.Support new business implementations by participating in requirements‑gathering sessions, translating business needs into WMS configurations, and ensuring system readiness.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, oversight, and execution, collaborating with IT, Operations, and Clients.Test and implement new WMS functionalities and improvement initiatives.Conduct end‑user training on WMS applications, processes, and best practices.Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving WMS‑related issues to ensure seamless warehouse operations.Identify business needs and pilot new systems/technologies to align with UPS transformation goals.Design and enhance WMS functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.Analyze and report on the financial impact of continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & QualificationsStrong time‑management skills,



with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and VBA is an asset.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Motivated and goal‑oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.Strong coaching and leadership capabilities.Bachelor’s degree from a US‑accredited program or international equivalent (preferred).Preferred disciplines: Industrial Engineering, Management Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering; other relevant fields considered.Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $6 478.00 – $6 964.28 CAD.Competitive base salary, stock ownership, stock purchase program, ownership incentive.Competitive pension plan.Benefits package including vision, dental, and extended healthcare coverage.Career development and progression opportunities across multiple business units and geographies.Other ConsiderationsMust be available to work all five days of the week.Must commit to an 8–9 hour workday within a 40‑hour workweek.EEO StatementUPS Canada est un employeur inclusif et qui adhère au principe d’égalité d’accès à l’emploi.
