TheSupplier Services organizationsits at the heart of the pharmaceutical and medical supply chain—ensuring seamless access toRX and sales datathat empowers ourretailers and wholesalersto make informed, impactful decisions.In this role, you will serve as one of the department’strusted subject matter experts (SME)for our core data and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with account teams to shape and deliverhigh‑value, client‑ready solutions, ensuring every deliverable meets strict business standards, including confidentiality and data integrity. As a visible representative of Supplier Services, you will stay ahead of data issues, enhancements, and industry changes—sharing insights and representing the team in cross‑company stakeholder discussions.Essential FunctionsDelivertimely, high‑quality, high‑impact information servicesto client‑facing teams and their customers.Build deep expertise in thepharmaceutical marketplace, spanning both traditional pharma and innovative, non‑traditional supplier uses of IQVIA data.Apply analytical thinking and quantitative skills to createcustom, customer‑specific solutionsthat address complex business challenges.Ensure data accuracy by validating databases and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.Translate business needs into actionable outputs by gathering requirements, developing custom deliverables, fulfilling report requests, and responding to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.Support the department’s Helpdesk and serve as anescalation pointfor complex issues and exceptions.Uphold rigorous standards forquality, accuracy, and on‑time deliveryacross all outputs.Quickly learn recent tools and processes, continuously expanding your technical and industry skillset.Mentor and support less experienced colleagues,
contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.Stay current on pharmaceutical industry trends, with a strong focus onRetailers, Mail Service, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Wholesalers .QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.3+ years related experience (business analysis, customer service) required.Willing to workhybrid schedulefrom King of Prussia, PA office (2-4 days per month).Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and customer service skills.Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.Experience working within thehealthcare industryis highly preferred.Experience with IQVIA data/productsAND / OR, experience withbusiness intelligence tools(E.G, Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI),required.Knowledge of current events and developments within thepharmaceutical marketplace .IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
