As a visible representative of Supplier Services, you will stay ahead of data issues, enhancements, and industry changes—sharing insights and representing the team in cross‑company stakeholder discussions.Essential FunctionsDelivertimely, high‑quality, high‑impact information servicesto client‑facing teams and their customers.Build deep expertise in thepharmaceutical marketplace, spanning both traditional pharma and innovative, non‑traditional supplier uses of IQVIA data.Apply analytical thinking and quantitative skills to createcustom, customer‑specific solutionsthat address complex business challenges.Ensure data accuracy by validating databases and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.Translate business needs into actionable outputs by gathering requirements, developing custom deliverables, fulfilling report requests, and responding to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.Support the department’s Helpdesk and serve as anescalation pointfor complex issues and exceptions.Uphold rigorous standards forquality, accuracy, and on‑time deliveryacross all outputs.Quickly learn recent tools and processes, continuously expanding your technical and industry skillset.Mentor and support less experienced colleagues,
