You will guide hourly employees, coordinate production and maintenance work, and help keep the plant operating with purpose every day. This role supports customer needs, strengthens our safety culture, and contributes to responsible site development and rehabilitation.ResponsibilitiesLead daily production and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and operational targetsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and all company policies and training requirementsCoordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demandPlan and support preventative and reactive maintenance, including shutdown preparationMaintain production schedules, budgets, forecasts,
