Skilled Foster Caregiver(s) – Agency-Provided Home (4 Children/Youth)Foster the Future.We are seeking skilled foster caregiver(s) (single or coupled) to reside in an agency-owned home and provide care for up to four (4) youth with complex needs—helping them remain in their local community while working toward family reunification.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day care, supervision, and a nurturing home for up to four (4) youth.Support youth to stay connected to school, community, and routines.Collaborate with the care team to promote safety, stability,
and well-being.Participate in care planning with in-home clinical supports and your foster resource worker.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience supporting children/youth with complex needs is an asset.Able to work as part of a team; applicants may besingle or coupled.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds; comfort with a pet-friendly home is required.CommitmentMinimum two-year (2) commitment required.Compensation, Living Arrangements & SupportsAnnual remuneration up to$87,600(non-taxable income).Reside in an agency-owned and operated home provided for the role.Basic living expenses provided, including rent, utilities, and groceries.Support services available, including24/7 after-hours assistance .In-home clinical supports available.Dedicated foster resource worker support.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) perks and peer support available.Family and Children’s Services of the Waterloo Region is committed to an inclusive, equitable environment and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
