making adjustments to pricing and procedures to support business profitability.Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring all food handling, hygiene, and safety requirements are met.Liaise with suppliers to secure food products, packaging, and other materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.Organize and oversee catering orders and coordinate arrangements for group bookings and special events held at the restaurant.Professional Skills and RequirementsCollege, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position.Ability to supervise 3-4 people.Ability to work well in a rapid-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment.Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good teamwork and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
