Project Manager – Facilities Integrity ProjectsPay Rate:$62.30/hour, depending on experienceContract Length:16 monthsLocation:Calgary, AlbertaNote:The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification where applicable.DescriptionAs a Project Manager you will be a key contributor to the management of facilities regulated programs to achieve reliable operation and continuous improvement of all assets located within the Company's Canadian pipeline systems. The role is an individual contributor that works closely with Operations, Engineering and other groups to plan, organize, and execute the facilities regulated programs. You will bring solid technical, project management, organizational and communication skills and develop knowledge of the systems, processes and tools required to plan and execute the program.TravelThis position will require travel to various company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training, with some overnight stays away from home (~25%).ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage General Plant Maintenance Capital (GPMC)



projects for process safety critical equipment.Oversee various maintenance projects to ensure all applicable regulatory and corporate requirements are met.Work with support teams and Project Controls to establish baseline execution schedule and spend forecast early in the project lifecycle.Direct and manage the work of external consultants and contractors.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, understand their expectations, and leverage their expertise to support program or project success.Optimize and align field resources to support field implementation.Identify data integrity improvements and cost savings through analysis of the programs.Support the development and implementation of the Company’s project management tools, standards, and processes to support regulated programs within Canada.Qualifications3 years of related project management experience.Familiarity with project management principles and practices.Proven ability to embrace and lead change and quickly understand new processes and related issues.Maintain a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract for review.Preferred qualifications: Ability to influence and exercise leadership without formal authority; leadership skillsin delegation, negotiation, communication and consensus building to coordinate work to meet objectives.Education and Certifications: University degree, technical diploma or equivalent formal project manager training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
