Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Property Administrator to support the financial and operational management of a dynamic commercial portfolio for our client in Fort St. John, BC. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting and tenant relations experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will play a key role in managing accounts payable/receivable, tenant billing, and property operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial and administrative processes. and variance analysisDispatch maintenance and security in response to tenant requestsPrepare and issue tenant billings, including rental advice notices and adjustmentsManage tenant accounts, including statements, late notices, and default letters in coordination with internal teamsSupport annual tenant billing processes (rent instalments, year-end adjustments) ensuring accuracy and timelinessCoordinate rental adjustments and tenant communications related to chargesManage tenant chargebacks, including invoicing and follow-upMaintain tenant documentation and act as a key point of contact for tenant communicationLiaise with accounting, lease administration, and legal teams to ensure accuracy of recordsAnswer and direct phone calls; manage incoming and outgoing mailProvide general administrative support and perform other duties as assignedQualifications and SkillsPost-secondary education in a related field or accounting3–5 years of experience in commercial or retail property administrationExperience with Yardi Property Management Software is an assetStrong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processesExcellent customer service and relationship management skillsStrong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflictsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
