Carling Motors is seeking a Lot Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and vehicles in a quick-paced environment. Whether you’re starting your automotive career or looking to build your skills, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable dealership lot and showroom

- Move and arrange vehicles around the dealership and lot

- Wash, vacuum and clean vehicles, including post-service washes

- Ensure vehicles have adequate fuel for test drives

- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues

- Perform basic lot maintenance, including snow removal and debris clearing

- Assist with customer and vehicle shuttling between locations

- Move vehicles to and from service bays and departments

- Set up signage, promotional materials and tents as required

- Assist with inventory tracking and updates

- Pick up or deliver parts and vehicles as needed

- Perform other general manual labour and lot duties as required

Qualifications:

- Friendly,

- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones and other technology

- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record

- Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

- Previous dealership or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

- Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
