The Opportunity

As a Lube Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles operating safely and efficiently. Working alongside experienced technicians and advisors, you will perform routine maintenance services, inspections, and basic repairs while developing your automotive skills and experience. This role offers a path toward long-term growth within the automotive industry, including apprenticeship opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Check and top-up fluids including coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and transmission fluid where applicable
- Perform tire rotations and seasonal tire changeovers
- Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle components for wear or safety concerns
- Install wiper blades, batteries, bulbs, and other maintenance-related components
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and services performed
- Assist Journeyman Technicians as required
- Keep work areas clean,



organized, and safe
- Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous automotive experience is considered an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and shop equipment
