Our client, a rapidly growing software acquisition and operating company, seeks a Legal Director to join its Toronto legal team. You will lead acquisitions, manage due diligence across corporate, IP, employment, and regulatory matters, and negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements from LOI to closing.

With 5–7+ years in M&A; and robust drafting skills, you will guide portfolio companies and supervise external counsel, growing into broader leadership as the function scales.
