You will be responsible for advising on legislative requirements and ensuring the adherence to best practices while working collaboratively with union representatives and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective communication • Identify HSEQ risks and implement mitigation strategies • Provide guidance on industry standards and procedures • Communicate HSEQ initiatives to all stakeholders • Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments

Requirements: • University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field • Minimum five years of safety experience • Valid driver's license for travel • Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations • Experience in unionized environments is mandatory
