With a focus on accuracy and precision, the role involves referring to blueprints and utilizing a variety of measuring tools. In addition, our welder/fitters contribute to refurbishing projects for various equipment.This role will primarily work with Black Steel (Mild Carbon) of different gauges (10,12,14) and plates (3/16", 1/4", 3/8"). Occasional welding tasks include working with round bars and pipes of similar thickness. The welding tasks range from 1-inch stitches to continuous weld beads spanning several feet.LocationLocation:Production Shop.Work HoursWork Hours:7:00am – 3:30pmPay RatePay rate:$55,000 - $70,000 annuallyBonusBonus:This position is eligible to receive an incentive award targeted at 5% of the base salary.ResponsibilitiesManufacture and repair waste and recycling equipment using Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding and torch cutting techniques.Layout, position,
