DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure all practices are fully compliant and meet the provincial health regulation standardsOversee and reinforce compliance programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and accountability at the practice levelWork in accordance with Dentalcorp’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislationLeadershipLead, coach and motivate the teams to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patientsDrive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the teams to meet operational and company objectivesSupport recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fitManage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable processAbout YouUniversity or College Diploma in business or office administration3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Manager is requiredMulti-unit Practice Management experience is considered an assetExperience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people managementStrong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecastingExperience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferredStrong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standardsExceptional multi-tasking skills with ability to adapt to changeWillingness to work varied hours to align with business needsAbility to travel between multiple practice locationsApplication InformationCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
