This is a full-time permanent position based in our Toronto office and working in-person. Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful candidate will work on one of our project teams to produce high-standard Revit construction drawings and details.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with and support Project Managers and Associates on the development of projectsAssemble construction drawing sets with minimal supervision from schematic design through to construction administration in Revit, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keep current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skillsPrepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior architectsSkills and Qualifications3+ years of experience across large-scale retail,



commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects; experience in communityand residential work is an assetHighly proficient in producing Contract Documents in current versions of RevitProficiency in Bluebeam and other design/presentation software (InDesign or similar tools) for producing high-quality design packages and documentationA solid knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers’ requirementsFamiliarity with Contract Administration/shop drawing reviewSelf-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projectsTeam player able to work collaboratively in groups of 3–15Flexible schedule and able to work overtime as neededCompensation: $65,000 - $80,000 annually.#J-18808-Ljbffr
