• Deliver nursing care per established policies and resident care plans • Manage drugs and narcotics under strict protocols • Optimize residents’ functional abilities through supportive measures • Report significant changes in resident health to RNs • Collaborate with medical teams to enhance clinical care

Requirements: • Diploma in Practical Nursing • Current registration as an LPN in BC • RAI MDS certification completion • First Aid and CPR certification • Successful Vulnerable Sector Check in Ontario or Criminal Records Check in BC
