About the Role

As a highly motivated, hands-on people leader, you’ll have the opportunity to lead up to 10 restaurants and make a real impact across your market. You’ll coach and develop a talented team of Restaurant General Managers, build strong leadership pipelines, and create high-performing teams that deliver exceptional employee and guest experiences.

This is a high-energy, field-based leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll spend the majority of your time in restaurants—connecting with teams, developing your leaders, celebrating wins, solving challenges, and driving strong operational and business results. With a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends, you’ll be close to the action and have the opportunity to directly influence the success of your people and your restaurants.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop your Restaurant General Managers, building a strong pipeline of future leaders and high-performing restaurant teams.
- Build great teams by ensuring your restaurants are fully staffed, well trained, engaged, and set up for success.
- Drive sales and profitability across your restaurants by identifying opportunities, improving execution, and delivering strong operational results.
- Champion an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every restaurant consistently delivers on brand standards,



food quality, service, and operational excellence.
- Create a culture of accountability and recognition, celebrating wins while coaching your leaders to continuously raise the bar.
- Bring our restaurants into the community, encouraging teams to build strong local connections and make a positive impact in the neighbourhoods they serve.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Competitive salary plus car allowance, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
