Planificateur de maintenance – Montréal

Fabrication alimentaire (vrac) / Industrie manufacturière

L’opportunité

Nous recrutons un planificateur de maintenance pour soutenir une usine de fabrication alimentaire à rythme rapide située à Montréal. Il s’agit d’un rôle terrain et stratégique, et non d’un poste administratif.

Vous serez responsable de structurer et d’optimiser la maintenance préventive, la planification des travaux et l’alignement de l’exécution à travers l’usine.

Responsabilités principales

- Planifier et ordonnancer la maintenance préventive et corrective
- Coordonner les travaux avec les opérations afin de minimiser les arrêts de production
- Diriger la planification des arrêts majeurs (shutdowns) et des travaux importants
- Gérer et optimiser les systèmes de GMAO (CMMS) / bons de travail
- Suivre et améliorer les indicateurs de performance maintenance (temps d’arrêt, taux de complétion, etc.)
- Analyser les tendances de pannes et améliorer la fiabilité des équipements
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de maintenance pour assurer une approche planifiée (et non réactive)

Profil recherché

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en planification / coordination de maintenance
- Expérience en milieu manufacturier (alimentaire, emballage ou production à haute cadence fortement privilégiée)
- Bonne maîtrise des éléments suivants :
- Programmes de maintenance préventive
- Fiabilité des équipements
- Planification et ordonnancement des travaux
- Expérience avec un système GMAO (Maximo est un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en Excel et en suivi de données
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement de production exigeant





Atouts

- Expérience en fabrication alimentaire ou dans un environnement réglementé
- Expérience en milieu syndiqué
- Formation ou expérience en mécanique ou en électricité

Maintenance Planner – Montreal

The Prospect We’re hiring a Maintenance Planner to support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Montreal. This is a hands-on planning role, not administrative role. You’ll be responsible for driving preventive maintenance, scheduling, and execution alignment across the plant.

If you’re currently in a reactive environment and want to move into a more structured, proactive operation, this is a strong step forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Plan and schedule preventive + corrective maintenance
- Coordinate work with operations to minimize downtime
- Lead planning for shutdowns and major maintenance work
- Manage and optimize CMMS / work order systems
- Track and improve maintenance KPIs (downtime, completion rates, etc.)
- Analyze breakdown trends and help improve equipment reliability
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure work is planned, not reactive

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in maintenance planning / coordination
- Experience in manufacturing (food, packaging, or high-speed production preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Preventive maintenance systems
- Equipment reliability
- Maintenance scheduling
- Experience using CMMS systems (Maximo is an asset)
- Strong Excel / data tracking skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a production-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Food manufacturing or regulated industry experience
- Union environment exposure
- Mechanical or electrical background

Compensation

- Competitive hourly or salary (based on experience)
