Ador Properties is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Person to join our team on a temporary basis which could lead to a full time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities including but not limited to

- Perform maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct maintenance tasks
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure at all times

Qualifications
- Carpentry experience
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong customer service




- Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical repairs preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments and report on maintenance activities

This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to maintaining a safe and functional environment. This is a full time temporary position of 40 hours per week. Candidates should be proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our organization. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
