Join Calian / Deloitte as a CAF Chaplain, delivering spiritual care directly to Canadian Armed Forces members and families. This in-person role involves relocation and supports diverse faith backgrounds.
In this external contractor position, you’ll engage with CAF personnel, ensuring they receive spiritual guidance regardless of their beliefs. As a Chaplain, you will have no command authority but will play a crucial role in advising leaders on spiritual and moral dilemmas faced by service members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a supportive presence to CAF members
• Officiate at significant military events and ceremonies
• Guide the Chain of Command on accommodation issues




• Implement RCChS policies and military administration
• Collaborate with local civilian Faith leaders
Requirements:
• Ordained or recognized by a national Faith Tradition
• Graduate-level degree in Faith Tradition formation
• Two years of leadership experience in Faith Tradition
• Positive standing with national governing authority
• ICCMC recommendation and selection by Chaplain General
Experience spiritual growth and provide vital support during critical life events in the military.
