This role may span multiple career levels and involves supporting the finance team by processing vendor invoices and issuing payments, managing daily banking and credit card payments, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining general office duties.ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Match, code, and obtain proper authorization for payment of invoices.Process weekly cheque runs.Monitor vendor accounts to ensure no outstanding issues and that payments are up to date.Process daily bank deposits and credit card payments.Monitor Accounts Receivable Subledger to ensure customer accounts are up to date.Contact customers to request payments and resolve any issues.Open and distribute mail.Answer and direct incoming calls,



greet and assist all visitors.Maintain general office upkeep.Perform other general and finance duties as assigned.Physical DemandsLong periods of sitting and computer use.Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Experience with ERP systems.Robust analytical skills with attention to detail.Reliable team player.Ability to plan and organize workload with minimal supervision.BenefitsWabtec offers a comprehensive benefits plan including vacation, health, dental, and retirement.SalaryThe annual salary rate for this role is $47,600 to $63,000.
